Terms of service
These terms are the agreement between you and Snorka, LLC for the RueRoo Dog app and this site. By using RueRoo Dog you agree to them.

1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to hold a RueRoo Dog account. Children take part through profiles that an adult creates and controls; they do not have accounts.
2. Your account and your household
You are responsible for who you invite into your household and for what they do with the access you give them. Everyone in a household can see everything logged in it. If you give someone access — a partner, a sitter, a walker — you are choosing to share your household’s records with them.
Keep your sign-in method secure. Tell us at support@snorka.co if you believe someone has access to your account who should not.
3. RueRoo Dog is not veterinary advice
RueRoo Dog records and reminds. It does not advise. We do not recommend medications, dosages, or treatments. We do not interpret symptoms. We do not diagnose. If your dog is unwell, call your vet.
Anything the app records — including stool scores, weights, and medication logs — is a record of what you told it, kept so that you can hand it to a professional. It is not a clinical assessment and must not be used as one.
4. Reminders are best-effort
Push delivery depends on Apple, Google, your network and your device, none of which we control. Reminders can be delayed or missed for reasons outside our reach. Do not rely on RueRoo Dog as the only safeguard for a life-critical medication or any other life-critical task.
5. Subscriptions and the trial
- RueRoo Dog costs $79.99 a year or $7.99 a month, per household. There is no per-person charge.
- New households get 21 days free. No card is required to start the trial.
- Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple or Google. They renew automatically until cancelled, and you cancel or change them in your App Store or Google Play account — not with us.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
- Some households receive a sponsored subscription through a shelter, rescue or brand partner. A sponsored period ends on its own date and does not renew unless you choose to subscribe.
6. The data promise
We will never put a paywall in front of information you already entered. Export everything you have logged, as CSV or PDF, on any plan, free — including after you cancel. This is a term of this agreement, not a marketing claim, and we cannot quietly change our minds about it: see section 12.
If you stop paying, you stop getting reminders. You do not lose your dog’s history, and you do not lose the ability to take it with you.
7. Household ownership
Each household has one owner, who manages members and billing. Owners can transfer ownership to another adult member. If a household splits, ownership can move and a copy of the dog’s history can go with each adult, so that neither person’s record of their dog is erased.
You can name a recovery contact. If something happens to you, that person can request access to the household so the dogs’ care continues.
8. Children
The adult account holder is responsible for any child profile they create and for what is entered against it. Do not enter information about a child beyond what the app asks for. See the privacy policy for how child profiles work.
The allowance feature is a ledger. No real money ever moves through RueRoo Dog. It keeps score; you settle up however you already do.
9. Content you upload
Your photos and notes remain yours. You give us only the licence we need to store them and show them to your own household, and to make the backups that keep them safe. We do not use them for anything else.
Do not upload content you do not have the right to upload, or content that is unlawful.
10. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not use it to harass anyone or to store information about a person who has not agreed to be in your household.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time, from within the app. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, or if we stop offering the service. If we discontinue RueRoo Dog we will give reasonable notice and a window to export everything first — that window is part of the promise in section 6.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and you can decline it by cancelling and exporting your data. We will not apply a change retroactively to information you have already entered.
13. Disclaimers and liability
RueRoo Dog is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
