No, and you never will. One flat price covers everyone who looks after your dog — partner, kids, sitters, grandparents. Charging per person would make people stop sharing, which would break the one thing the app is for.

No — and they can't have one. A child is a profile on your account: a name and the chores they help with, with no login, no email address and no password. Nothing is collected from children directly.

You keep it, and you can take it. Export everything as CSV or PDF at any time, on any plan, free — including after you cancel. If you stop paying you stop getting reminders; you do not lose your dog's history. It's written into our terms of service, not just our marketing.

No, and it never will. RueRoo Dog records and reminds. It does not interpret symptoms, recommend medication or dosages, or diagnose anything. If your dog is unwell, call your vet.

Not as the only safeguard. We work hard on the scheduling — including keeping 7am at 7am through daylight saving — but the delivery of a push notification depends on Apple, Google, your network and your phone. Use it as one layer, not the only one.

You can't, and that's the point. The moment one person claims a task it's claimed for everyone, and everyone else sees who did it and when. That's the 'nothing done twice' half of the promise.

Redeem it in the app once you've installed it. A sponsored period needs no card and simply ends on its own date — it doesn't roll into a paid subscription unless you choose one.

Not the same company. RueRoo Dog is made by Snorka, LLC, and uses the RueRoo name under licence from RueRoo.dog, which sells the dog supplements. Separate businesses, same family.
